Diamond Residential did an outstanding job on our rooftop terrace. They removed all of the pavers and the pedestal supports underneath, cleaned out years of debris that was preventing the roof from draining properly, and carefully put everything back in place. During the work, they also found a few roof issues we didn’t know about and repaired them before they became bigger problems. They even completed some drywall repairs, and everything turned out great. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were incredibly responsive and efficient. What I expected to be a stressful, complicated project ended up being one of the easiest home repairs we’ve dealt with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Diamond Residential.
