How Diamond Residential Started
Hi, I'm Drew, the owner and operator of Diamond Residential. After graduating from UNC Charlotte, I started this company with one goal: to give homeowners a better, more personal home service experience built on honesty and straightforward communication.
Unlike large corporate companies, when you work with Diamond Residential, you work directly with me. I'm involved every step of the way — from your first phone call and estimate to making sure the work is finished right. I show up when I say I will, I explain what needs to be done and why, and I don't disappear after the check clears.
My goal is straightforward: do the job well, make the process easy, and earn your business for years to come.
